Location for external power trim-tilt pump for 1983 Mercury engine on 1965 16-footer

Give me advice on where to install the external hydraulic pump for the power trim and tilt for a 1983 Mercury 115-HP engine to be mounted on a 1965 16-foot hull.

I am restoring the 1965 16-foot hull with a new EASTPORT style mahogany interior.
