Where can I purchase the [barrel nuts] that hold-in the front locker [hatch for 1995 MONTAUK 17]? The ones that go [through] the fiberglass [hatch] and then [through] the hinges. Thanks for all your help.

The hardware is commonly referred to as barrel nuts or "sex" bolts (not kidding).

A couple of years ago I found this item at West Marine. They may still carry them.

West marine carries stainless versions of barrel nuts (machine thread to 5/16" at my local store).
