15' Dauntless: 15 gallon Tempo fuel tank repair

I am going to attempt a repair on my 15 gallon Tempo Fuel Tank (F-159?). Apparently, during the blow mold process, not enough plastic pellets were available in the upper corner, causing it to "spring a leak." I repaired it (or so I thought) only to have it start leaking again during its spring cleaning. During a recent visit to Tractor Supply Company, I found a tube of JB Weld's "WATERWELD" which appears to be specifically designed to fix this concern.

Anyone have any experience doing this? Any suggestions?

Bob

While it may work, your tank is pretty old. Moeller bought out Tempo Products back in 2008.

Moeller dropped many of the Tempo tanks and made their version of some others. The closest Moeller tank is the 12 gallon high profile.
