1999 Outrage 21 Deck Soft Spots

Hello. I am trying to remove the floor in my 1999 Outrage 21 to fix all of the soft spots. In this boat, the floor boxes are all part of the floor.

How are the thru-hull drains removed?

And, also, how are the rear drains mounted to the floor boxes removed?

Has anyone done this?
