1996 DAUNTLESS 15: Replace Scuppers

I have a 1996 Dauntless 15. The scuppers leak. How do I remove the present scuppers and install Rabud or Max-Flow ball scuppers? Do they work well? Thanks!
The Max Flo brand has a good record from Whaler owners.
