Now I just have a bunch of holes about the size of an pencil eraser. Is there suppose to be anything in the holes?? If so what and where can i get replacements?? Thank You

If you will reinstall the rail or sell the boat in the next 5 years, reinstall the screws with a good bead of polysulfide based sealant (not adhesive). Otherwise get some color matched patch kit from spectrum and seal the holes.

Thank you for the response. I find it hard to believe that there is not suppose to be something in these holes. They are all about the same size and all exactly the same screws cam out, however they were not screwed into anything.
