Well I have an idea for the stereo head unit of our 190 Nantucket. What do you think about putting in behind front console back rest in the upper back box area? Not looking for anymore console holes...

That [location] would be [hard] to get to. I actually use that space for my flares and other things that I need access to quickly.

Well decided on a portable solution for now. No holes, easy to get to and does not interfere with manual compass...
