20 Outrage 1997: Sources of water in bilge

I recently purchased a 1997 Outrage 20. I love the boat so far. I know I need to replace the deck inspection hatch just forward of the engine because of a worn out gasket and latch. But, I see lots of water pumped from the bilge; some after use, but especially after washing down the boat. More than would come through the worn gasket.

What other areas drain into the bilge on a 1997 Outrage 20?

I assume the fish boxes under deck do, since they are below deck scupper level.

Do the storage lockers, the anchor compartment, and the box under bow cushions drain into the bilge?

I see that there is a drain hose from each rod holder forward of the cockpit. Where do these drain?

What other sources drain into the bilge by design?

What other sources are common leakage points if their gaskets are worn?

Thank you for your help---Matthew

PS: My first post here. Sorry if this is answered previously, I have searched and not found the information.

The hatch can/should be replaced.

Beckson and Lewmar have several models that may come close to the rough dimension.

The inspection ports have O rings. These can be replaced. Once source is Beckson.
