CONTINUOUSWAVE

Hello everyone, I`ve bought a Dauntless 200 (year 2010) and the windshield is broken. The previous owner gave me the windshield but it has no hardware. The windshield is broken in one corner and I want to install it until the new one arrives but I have no clue what kind of brackets, spacers, bolts, or nuts I need. Holes in the console seem too big when compare to the ones in the windshield.

I would like to purchase the bow cushion and I can`t find it. Seems like there is not much stuff for the Dauntless 200 but for the other models you can find a lot of things. If anyone knows were I can buy it I will really appreciate any info.

Thanks in advance.

The hardware you are looking for includes wellnuts and several washers.

Review sheet 1 of the Console Sub-Assy for the 2010 Dauntless 200 that is linked below. Pay close attention to part #12,13,14 You will need 5 of each.

You can find the technical description of each of these parts on sheet 9, the parts list.

You can find these parts in a good chandlery. If not readily available, contact your local Whaler dealer. If they are not helpful, contact Sue Lodel, Parts Manager and guru to owners everywhere at http://www.beacontcm.com.

While at your local dealer ask if they can order you a cushion. The part # is on one of the drawings. (see below) If no longer available via Whaler, contact Anderson's. They were a OEM provider and still make replacement cushions with the OEM features for almost every model out of production. They are listed in the Vendor page.

While you are at it, go to Boston Whaler's Resources page and select your year, model family and model and print out all the diagrams available. They will be helpful in the future.

Thanks for the info.
