190 Nantucket: Effect on Hull Integrity of Lifting Hull

Postby outboating1 » Thu Sep 27, 2018 12:19 pm

I may buy a 2005 190 Nantucket. The seller stores the boat under a covered dock or boat house. He uses heavy duty straps that go under the bow and under the stern that attaches to the ends of steel spreader bars to lift it out of the water when not in use.

Does anyone sees a problem with this?

Is this fine?

[Does the method described above for lifting and storing a 190 Nantucket affect] the hull integrity?
