1995 Outrage 24 Outrage Splash Well Through-hull

I need a source for the transom splash well drain for the 1995 Outrage 24.
The one on my OUTRAGE 24 has a rubber scupper on the outside and is flush on the inside. I have looked around but cant find the correct style that fits. I want to replace the complete through hull. Thanks--Archie
