Outrage 18 Width at Waterline

Q1: [What is] the width of an OUTRAGE 18 at the waterline?
My trailer is a narrow. I want to see if I can rig the trailer to have the boat ride lower in the trailer which would put the hull in between the single axle fenders. I could always pad the fenders.
Q2: If I measure the width at the transom would it be representative of the width of the hull where the pilot seats are?
