How much tolerance is acceptable [on a 1994 RAGE] on the jet pump impeller-to-sleeve clearance?

Where can anew impeller and wear sleeve be purchased?

Not sure if you can buy a sleeve. On a jetski when the tolerance was too large you had to replace the whole pump. You should be able to google the clearance.

Max wear clearance is 0.050".

The "liner" is cast into the aluminum housing and was never sold as a replacement part.

What is your clearance measurement?

Or have you just lost boat performance?
