Circular Cover Plate with Three Holes to Match Railing Stanchion Base

I plan to remove the bow rail on my 1989 OUTRAGE 22. I want to retain the option to re-install it in the future. To that effect I have been looking (unsuccessfully) to find a source of small stainless steel disks that would cover the circular areas where the bow rail attaches to the gunwale and has the holes for the three screws to be installed.

I know this could be made, but is there already a standard product?

Hello again everyone, and thanks.

All you need to do is remove the screws, remove the rail and then reinsert the screws with a dab of marine sealant, not adhesive on the top of the threads, under the head.
