1981 15' Sport w/Side Console Steering Wheel Remount

I'm replacing the console on my '81 15' Sport and am looking for a template to remount the original steering wheel. The old console top was crushed by snow so it would be difficult to use it as a template. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In the past, I've used the downloadable templates at the Teleflex website. That'd be a great place to look. Google also will return a number of templates as well.
