Moeller Flanging Tool

Flanging tools made by Moeller Marine are often mentioned as being used in the replacement of through-hull or through-transom drains on classic-era Boston Whaler boats that use thin-wall brass tubes for the drain pipe. The brass tubing is usually 1.00 or 1.25-inch outside diameter, varying with model and location.
