2000 23 Conquest Fuel Tank Dimensions

What are the dimensions of the fuel tank used on the year 2000 23 Conquest?

I called Boston Whaler directly and they provided the supplier part number: Florida Marine Tank part # BW129C.

The tank is aluminum with 125-gallon capacity. Florida Marine Tank (FMT) will not provide the dimensions unless I buy the tank. They will not sell a diagram of the tank.

Since FMT are no longer located in South Florida, it is not a great option to buy from them. Any local manufacturer needs dimensions to even provide a quote. I’m in a bit of a bind. Any information that can help will be appreciated.

I don't see your situation as being in a bind. You've got the OEM manufacturer available. And their policy of not handing out a drawing showing how to make the fuel tank is understandable. You should be able to get enough detail on the existing tank while it is still in the boat to give a fabricator sufficient information to prepare a quotation of estimated cost.

If you don't want to get an OEM replacement from FMT, a local fabricator could use the existing tank as a pattern or model. The existing tank is coming out of the boat at some time in the process.

There are only a dozen or so tank dimensions that are documented so the majority of owners replacing a tank have two choices.

Order from FMT, a good option if you live within 500 miles of Henderson, SC

-or-

Remove the tank and provide it to the local fabricator to use as a template.
