ONLY FOR READERS WHO:
--[have installed faux teak decking]
--have created templates--and
--have installed faux teak decking themselves after cutting to size:

Q1: what would you do differently?

Q2: what was the cost?

Q3: what was the size of your boat?

Q4: what cost should I expect with an Outrage V20?

Q5: [What company or vendor or source for faux teak] would you recommend?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

[Moderator's note: updated Q5 to reflect clarification elicited from OP]

A friend just sent me this digital image of his recently re-done 13. He bought sheets and cut the sheets himself. [My friend] is happy with the outcome.

The cost of materials was $750. [My friend] is handy with [faux teak decking]. I would think [installing faux teak decking on my OUTRAGE 20 would cost] at least double [or $1,500].

The work done by your friend with the new deck covering is certainly well done.

To know how he did it will be much more interesting than to just see a picture of the outcome.
