Q1: What is a source for a replacement [for a VIKING-brand hatch as used on a 1997 23 CONQUEST engine well inspection port]?

BACKSTORY: [On my 1997 23 CONQUEST] the three inspection port hatches in the engine well leak badly. They are sun-damaged and warped . The OEM is VIking. I cannot find gaskets or replacement hatches. I jury rigged a solution with auto gasket material and silicon sealant around the rims, but want new replacement hatches. The only solution I can find is to order custom aluminum waterproof hatches from Bomar. The boat was refitted 2018 with new Yamaha 150-HP engines, new steering, and electric trim tabs.

If looking for a specific size, you should give the dimensions of the hatch or the exact model number of the hatch.

I just helped out an owner of a Conquest 23 from Oz who has the same inquiry.

After some research and talking with Sue Lodel at Beacon/Twin Cities. She carries the round inspection ports.

The rectangular Viking access hatch (which measures approximately 10"x 20" is not available. The replacement options include:
