2007 Mountauk 17 Transom Cap

I have been searching for someone to make this Transom Cap that will fit a 1998-2002 17 Montauk.They are no longer available and the Mold was destroyed. I have been to several fabricators and nobody is interested in making one in either Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Consider fabricating in plastic. Use a heat gun to bend the corners, curves.
Make a cardboard template.
Transfer template to plywood mold.
Lay plastic strip, heat with heat gun and press into shape.
Let cool.
I think the challenge will be picking which type of material you want to use. I would start by looking at Kydex.
