1964 16-footer Hull Delamination and Repair

A large portion of the bottom and port side of my 1964 16-footer that had been repaired in c.2015 eventually ripped off while underway in c.2017. I was able to recover the hull pieces. I made another repair, which I describe below:
- flipped the hull
- used pourable foam [that cures to a density of] 4-lbs [per-cubic-foot] to reshape the bottom
- used epoxy to wet the foam
- reattached the torn-off hull pieces
- used more cloth and epoxy to build up any voids
- faired with an epoxy fairing putty
- painted with epoxy barrier coat.
