Ventura: Weather Strip Behind Pass Through Window

Hello Everyone,
I have a BW Ventura 16. I need to replace the foam weather strip/pad that attaches to the pass through window in the middle of the boat. Mine is all worn out and the little knobs that "lock" the pass through window closed don't stay put because there is no pressure from the foam strip. Does anyone have a source for that part?
