2012 130 SS Cooler Cleat Template

I was wondering if anyone one has ever created a template for the cooler cleat used to hold the cooler/seat in place on the 130 SS. I would like to cut the parts out of Teflon but can't find a template. Any assistance would be truly appreciated.
