Q1: What are the dimensions of the swim step assembly on a 1996 MONTAUK 17?
BACKSTORY: A friend of mine gave me his swim step assembly from his Steiger Craft. This swim step assembly looks just like the swim step assemby from Martin Marine. I have held this swim stem assembly up to my 1996 MONTAUK 17 boat. This swim step assembly will work if the right side stainless tubing were bent. Before modifying the swim step assembly from a Steiger Craft boat to fit my MONTAUK 17 boat, I'd like to know what the dimensions are for the swim steps used on the Montauk, so I'd don't end up putting on a swim step that's too big for my boat.
