On my 2004 Nantucket 190 on the combined sidelights lamp, a plastic tab on the red-green lens has broken off. This affects the electrical contact.

Q1: what is the part number of the replacement lens?

Q2: what is the part number of the entire lamp assembly?

This lamp uses a 31-mm Festoon lightbulb.

Contact your local authorized Boston Whaler dealer to obtain OEM replacement parts.

The red-green combined sidelight lamp with Festoon bulb was probably make by PERKO. See these prior discussions for more information.

You may be able to source the lens from PERKO. The PERKO catalogue is available at

See page 19. See Figure 0972. See SPARE PARTS ORDERING INFORMATION. This may be your lamp. Verify from the dimensions listed.

My go-to is Nauset Marine, http://www.nausetmarine.com

Email their Parts Department directly at parts@nausetmarine.com

I have the exact same problem with my 2003 190 Nantucket. I have searched everywhere and have spoken with the experts: Sue Lodel and Nauset Marine.

I found out that the part is not available anymore.

[The combined sidelight lamp] was made by Aqua Signal, but they don’t make it anymore. The last time I spoke with Nauset Marine they said they were working on a LED conversion kit. Looking at the website it appears they now have one.

I am calling them Monday, April 24, 2023.

Masamba,

Very helpful, thank you. If you don't mind posting the outcome, I'd love to hear.

I have to say: Wow. NAUSET MARINE (a Boston Whaler dealer in Massachusetts) have really upped their game in the replacement parts area.

Their website related to navigation lamps is very impressive.

Nauset's Parts Department is very good and supports owners around the world.

They have a dedicated email address and Jason, Justin and Derek are great to work with.

Masbama or anyone else dealing with this: as an interim fix I've had good results adding a single-sided foam tape into the top of the stainless steel light cover. The right thickness of foam tape will apply downward pressure on the green-red llens assembly which helps mitigate a missing plastic tab on the green-red lens assembly. I'm sure its not a permanent fix, but easy to implement.

Houston777, funny you should mention that temporary fix; I did the exact same thing.
