1990 Johnson 40-HP Engine Service

I have done some work on a 1990 Johnson 40-HP engine that I am trying to get back into running condition
I replaced the water pump. I used a part known as "the 3-bladed kit." I reinstalled the lower unit.
Next step will be to properly dispose of the old gasoline, use some new gasoline, and see if the engine starts. I properly winterized the engine and treated the gasoline in 2021.
