1981 Montauk 17 Center Console door catches

The door catches for the teak door on my 1981 Montauk 17 are chocolate-brown colored plastic units—intact, but getting cracked and hardened—and they no longer grip properly when closed. I am not sure if they are original, but I have reason to think they are.
Give me advice to find replacement door catches.
I have been to good hardware stores, and the ones used for home cabinetry are steel (which would rust) and are not the right dimensions.
A lead to a source of marine grade door catches will be greatly appreciated.
