To temporarily cover small holes in the deck resulting from unused fasteners for 90 days, you can use Scotch-35 Vinyl Electrical Tape in White.

If the holes are in a non-skid area then use a clear silicon bathroom caulk, as the tape will not work well on a surface with many small channels.

Or, just put a oval-head screw and finishing washer into the unused holes, and add a bit of sealant or caulk.

But why not just fill the holes now with epoxy resin mixed with a white filler material? That will be the best repair, and you will have 90-days to let the resin fully cure. And it might take you five years to get around to completing a total refinishing of the hull gel coat.
