Get a canvas top made from Sunbrella fabric with a stainless steel tube frame and fittings.
The canvas top will be far better than a T-Top.
A T-Top on a 16-foot boat would be an abomination.
If you need more reasons not to get a T-Top for a 16-footer, let me know. I can go for quite a while with my thoughts about them.

A bimini is the recommended approach.
Carver is a respected brand for Boston Whaler's.
