Q1: Where can I get a replacement for fuel fill fitting on a 1996 DAUNTLESS [unspecified model length}?

A fitting like a fuel inlet fitting would typically be something Boston Whaler obtained from a standard supplier rather than some custom part they fabricated themselves.
A 1996 boat is now 28-years-old, so the exact fuel inlet fitting might not still be in inventory at Boston Whaler.
Generally when looking for replacement parts you can contact a Boston Whaler dealer that is known to be interested in providing replacement parts. Two such dealers are:
The Boat House, formerly Beacon Marine formerly Twin Cities Marine
Contact - Sue Lodel, Parts Manager (920) 793-2715
Nauset Marine
Justin,Jason, or Derek in Parts (508) 255-0777 NAUSET Marine in Massachusetts
Q2: does the particular fuel inlet fitting on your 1996 DAUNTLESS of unidentified length include an integral vent?
Q3: or, is the vent line connected to a separate vent fitting?
The fitting with the integral vent may be difficult to source, and probably not the best choice for a replacement. A better solution may be to use a more common fuel filler fitting that will fit the hole size and the hose size, and move the vent hose to a new vent fitting. This was Boston Whaler's solution for those instances where they used an unusual filler-and-vent combined-into-one fitting. They provided a re-fit kit. That kit might even be available still. Contact the two dealers I cite above, as they will know the status of the refit kit or a replacement part.
