Q1: will the 2010 MONTAUK 170 windshield sold by UDP Plastics that is also listed as a confirmed fit for model year 2007, 2008, and 2009 150 MONTAUK boats also fit properly on a 2006 model year 150 MONTAUK?

My understanding [of the windshields on the 2010 MONTAUK 170, on the 2007-2008-2009 150 MONTAUKS, and on my 2006 150 MONTAUK] are all the same up to model year 2015. But I am not sure.

What I thought was unusual about the reply:

• the spelling was perfect;
• the grammar was perfect;
• the punctuation was perfect;
• the topics covered were in the exact same order as mentioned in the original questions;
• the remarks were rather generalized; and,
• the recommendation to check with other vendors who CLEARLY are not making windshields and certainly would not have them in-stock for delivery seemed quite strange.

This sort of perfect writing just about NEVER happens when a boater replies to another boater, and the reference to other vendors who wouldn't be appropriate seem to reveal a misunderstanding.
