Hello CW, been out of contact way to long.

I'm looking for a source for replacement windshield rubber gasket material for 1990 Revenge 25 W-T.

Anyone have a source?

My forward windshield gasket material appears to have shrunken in the lower outside corners of the windshield both port and starboard side.

The windshield on a Boston Whaler REVENGE W-T was made by TaylorMade. Try contacting TaylorMade for replacement parts.

I purchased new screw covers thru Sue at Twin Cities Marine for my 1993 23 WA, definitely made by Taylor. It was originally just a rectangular foam rubber insert, but the replacement is a vinyl extrusion which looks much nicer. Expect to pay about $3.25/foot plus $25 handling charge plus shipping. The 23 WA uses 16' of the vinyl.

Eagleman -

Ugh! I've been working with Sue at Twin Cities for months on the same question with no luck for my 1990 Revenge-22' W.T. I punted and have carefully added some black silicone caulk. Disappointing, but the best I can do with limited resources.

Taylor Made provided some info and some drawings, but no luck there either.

I've given up and I'm selling my boat.

Well, actually I am selling. After 19 seasons with the FANTASTIC 1990 Revenge 22 I'm moving up to a 1989 Wilbur 34 - has hot/cold running water and a shower!
