1995 OUTRAGE 19 II, Johnson 150 Ocean Runner

Hello Everyone. I am the proud owner of a 1995 Outrage 19 II which is powered by an incredibly reliable c.1995 Johnson 150-HP Ocean Runner. I love this engine, and she has a VIPER 14.5 x 19 stainless steel three-blade propeller. Engine speed at WOT is 4500 to 5500 RPM.
With a half-full fuel tank, two people, and gear, full-throttle engine RPM is only about 4,500, and boat speed is about 38-MPH on calm waters. I can't seem to get any higher no matter what I do. I'm worried I could be stressing my motor a little with lower RPM, or that there's more efficiency to be had. Should I consider a different propeller? If so, any recommendations?
Also, I was curious: would a four-blade propeller be better? I'm pretty happy with my performance but if I were to get a new propeller, is four-blade better than three-blade?
Thank you.
P.S. First time post for me though I've been using this website for Whaler advice for years.
