Hi, I have a Boston Whaler outrage 21 1994, it brought 2 factory 150 engines. I want to change the engines for four strokes, I am concerned about the weight of the engines and I don't know whether to install one or two engines. I like it better with two but the approximate weight of two 115 - 150 is 400 Lbs each, 800 Lbs approx total.

Do the math on how much extra weight with 4 strokes.

Use bags of sand, concrete mix, water etc and place the added weight to simulate the new engines in the transom and test the boat and how it handles.
