Owners of Super Sport 15 boats with an F70 have tested many make and model propellers. Here are their recommendations.

13 x 16 PowerTech SCD3 (17" if running light on flat water)
13.25 x 17” Turbo 1

*Note size is for the make and model listed and is not transferable.
Presumes engine is mounted two-holes up.

For a 1984 SUPER SPORT 15 with a Yamaha F70 long-shaft engine, which engine mounting height is recommended?

Ideal mounting height is for the top bolts are in the third hole counting down from the top.

[Moderator's note for the OP in this thread: the engine mounting described above is called a two-holes-up mounting. Please read:

The above article was written very carefully with the goal of NOT HAVING TO EXPLAIN engine mounting height description over and over and over.]
