Garmin 942xs Chartplotter/Sonar Guidance

I am interested in purchasing the Garmin 942xs unit for my Outrage. I am interested in the 9" screen size given my aging eyes. The majority of my boating and fishing is on the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding tributaries.
Please provide guidance on the proper transducer option for this unit. I am not interested in the Panoptix transducers.
