Any advice on what I should do to my 17 Whaler Outrage with 115 Merc now that it's coming out of storage? I plan on waxing hull, new coats of bottom paint, paint outboard tansom area with special anti-fouling paint, and new spark plugs after I run engine a few times.

You've got most of it covered. I usually only apply one coat of bottom paint. If you use ablative, you may be able to get multiple seasons out of one application.

Several other things you can do include:
checking that all your navigation lights are working;
if the gas tank isn't full, put fresh fuel in before you take it out;
if you have a fuel filter/water separator and you didn't replaced last fall, replace it now; and
check all fuel line fittings to make sure the connections are good and tight.

I'm sure I've left out a few but those are things that I could think of quickly.

If you haven't changed the impellor in the engine within the last 2 years, I would suggest that, as well as changing the lower unit oil, if it wasn't done in the fall. Outraged
