I'm looking for a 1996 - 2002 before they changed the design to look more like an Outrage.

I'm in Texas so the closer to Texas the better.

Due to a job change I slowed down on looking. Please let me know if you have a Montauk of this vintage or know of one for sale. I have checked most of the common websites and would like to find one closer to home.

I am also open to an older Montauk that is in super clean shape and repowered.

We have been selling are just not buying any. C'mon..since Sept you have not found a 17 in Texas? There have been like 8 for sale on e-bay from there in last month or so.

As I said above I slowed down on looking. I am also very picky in what I want.

jjf...with the extremely soft boat market and the economy in the "tank" you can get a great deal on a brand new boat, plus get favorable financing too. In the North East, I know people who have bought brand new Boston Whalers at 25% (or more) off MSRP. Thats one reason the used boat market is "dead".

Good luck!

There are two late model classic Montauks on One is a 2002, the other a 2001. I'm looking for something similiar.
