I am looking to purchase a Pate fuel tank, for a 13 Whaler.
I heard they are no longer in business,... so
I am looking for a good used one, low profile 15 to 20 gallon capacity..
I am located in S/W Florida.
Thanks, Russ

Pate tanks went out of business. The resin in fiberglass tanks will be dissolved by the ethanol that is most gasoline now.
It will not happen overnight, but when it does, the resin will clog your filter, fuel lines and damage your engine if it gets thru. Stay away from fiberglass tanks.

There are some fiberglass tanks that are safe for ethanol. The new tanks made for older Bertrams are fiberglass. But without a mold, you're looking at crazy money to hve one made ...... Tempo tanks may be your best bet.

Tempo no longer makes above deck fuel tanks. One recognizable brand is Moeller.

For aluminum tanks, consider Mirax.
