My bow hook is loose from years of trailering and pulling-up onto the trailer from the water. Can anyone give me any info on how to repair/remove and replace? Currently, water weaps around the hook into the bow well. I can't seem to tighten or loosen.

my 63 had only a hole through it when I bought it.I would pull it out (from inside}Then clean it out and let it dryup a bit. I would not use an epoxy on exposed foam. I simply cleaned mine out and ran the screw through a block of wood that I fitted to semi fit the hole.
Then I packed each side with white tech and
put a smooth sanded finish on the exterior.
I could pick it up vertically with a crane and I dont think it would crack that repair.
