I have tried bleaching,washing, scrubbing,simple green still can't get premix stains out. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the stuff specific to removing stains from Fiberglass? I believe its Oxalic Acid and sells in powder or gel form at the boat stores.

Go take a look, I've heard good things about those. In fact I'm right behind you on trying to remove some stains in my Montauks deck. I got tar mixed in with Premix gas on my deck !! (Doh !)

Barkeepers friend, boat wash, and toothbrush. Yes, I said, toothbrush. Apply some elbow grease and you will be amazed. Barkeepers friend will remove all rust stains especially around SS rail mounts. It took me a good day with the toothbrush, but my 12 year old montauk now looks the best ever since purchasing it 9 years ago. You will be amazed. Found the barkeepers friend at Krogers Supermarket. .02
