ContinuousWave: Whaler Repairs/Mods

I have read on this board about the use of Whalerboard plugs for fixing stripped out rail skrews, and I think the idea is about the best one I've heard. My problem is that I have been unable to get a response from the manufacturer (www.richlite.com) about where I might purchase this product.
I live in Los Angeles...does anyone know where I might find the stuff?
Thanks in advance.

I got my very small supply of Richlite, Whaleboard and Whalelite as a "kit" of samples. There was enough to do 2 or 3 Montauk bow rails.
The price list that came with the kit was for large sheets that are expensive (4X8X1/2 $276) and heavy. It might be worth someone's trouble to buy a sheet and resell it in small kits, maybe sets of plugs.
I spoke to Tami Caban in Customer Service at 888-383-5533 or email@example.com.
