I am trying to connect the 7 wires coming from my trailer to a 4 wire plug. Help. Thanks

You can simply buy a 7 to 4 adapter but this disable the auxiliary 12 volt power, electric brake signal and backup lights signal to the trailer.

If your trailer has electric brakes you'll need to convert your tow vehicle wiring to accommodate the 7 wires of the trailer.

The truck apparently only has three circuit: running lights, left turn, and right turn. The trailer has six circuits. You can only connect the three circuits of the truck to the appropriate three circuits of the six on the trailer.
