I was in Andy's back yard last week.It was my Montauk's and my maiden voyage as a boater on the Pacific Ocean. On Monday, I chose to venture it alone, I did not feel comfortable risking three fifths of my family just yet. So I left my two sons at their grandma's house. After a short while I settled in and enjoyed a fantastic day fishing the "slide" while landing one beautiful, thirty inch, fifteen pound salmon. On Wednesday with some confidence, my sons and I ventured out. We fished the same area for several hours, but we did not hook-up once. We did however, have a chance to enjoy a beautiful day on the water, and share some time with the sea lions and otters.
