I have a 1995 Montauk and the bow eye is coming loose. Is that covered by the hull warranty?

I would think so but the warranty is not that great if you read the fine print. They go by Mfg date and pro rate. So if you buy a left over it may have been built 2 years before, you are 2 yrs into the warranty period.
perhaps your dealer will work with you.

This a common happening and would not likley be covered under warranty.
Unscrew the inside eye from the shaft, put some 4200 between the hull and bow eye and then screw the inside eye back on. It is something that should be checked once in a while.
