It is time for an update on the collective experience with prop replacement. I am looking to change to a stainless Steel prop for my 2001 Sport 130. It has a 30 hp merc, two cycle. I would like a little better hole shot, as I do fish some shallow watters.

Any recent experience? I am looking for specific recommendations and would like to buy online pronto.

I have not, in a cursory look, seen a stainless prop with the exact same specs as the factory aluminum, but perhaps that is to be expected.

To recommend a prop, we need to know the diameter and pitch of your current prop, as well as the maximum rpm you are able to obtain with the boat loaded as you normally use it. It would also be good if you post the motor's maximum operating rpm range, but someone can usually fill that in knowing the motor year, make, and model.
