Nice boat Dave, lucky that it followed you home and liked the Admiral.

Re: My 1975 Revenge 21
Ten years ago with a 1978 Revenge banana hull the same happened to me.
Looked like your boat.
I stripped off everything, including bottom paint.
Now looks like this.
Decided to leave windshield off, put leaning post by helm, and use ice chests and folding deck chairs to have optimum deck space that is reconfigurable.
Put on a 140 Johnzuki short shaft—perfect engine for this boat.
If now I would probably choose an E-TEC G2.

Looks nice.
I've been thinking a 150 would be a good engine. An E-TEC would go well with the style.

Re: My 1975 Revenge 21
I can’t believe the transom is notched for a 15-inch-shaft outboard. That cannot be a stock transom.
Re: My 1975 Revenge 21
As usual Jim is correct. The motor is NOT a short shaft. There are SHORT, LONG, X-Long, and XX-Long shafts. When I bought it, there was a row of them and it had the shortest shaft of them all. The sales-guy said it was a short shaft and he couldn't sell it because all the boats around Ft. Pierce being sold were deep Vs and they needed the longer shafts... meaning X-Long or XX-Longs...
The transom on the Revenge 21 is 24" and I have my Johnzuki on a jack-plate too. So my motor is actually a LONG shaft, but compared to the others it sure looked short. (Also fishing buddy is wearing one of our old Continuous Wave Whaler shirts) need to make another run of them?

Re: My 1975 Revenge 21
My inference from your comments: your 1975 REVENGE 21 has the stock transom, and uses an engine with a 20-inch shaft.
With the mounting you show with the added jack plate, you should have plenty of range of adjustment in the engine mounting height.
Re the continuousWave Tee-shirts: they are collectors items now, I guess. They weren't actually made or sold by me, but by a very nice fellow who undertook that project as a way to raise funds to support the website. As Tee-shirts go, they were well made and the logos were nicely done.

Aside; So how do we get some to support the website?

Nice boat and rework, l also have one that followed me home. I am still trying to sort through choices, boat had been bottom painted. Stripped the paint it needs glass work on the bow v and a puncture in the back. Fuel tank is out ,the deck in the back has some strange damage so a deck mat material will probably cover the nonskid repair. Will leave the windshield, debating a bow hatch I have seen the slide out ladder for the bow area ,the bow deck plywood needs replacing. Thought about removing the locker on the passenger and shortening the dash area there ,probably not enough space gained there to warrant the work, these are small boat space wise.seems like there is just room for a single passenger seat not a convertible dual.anyway did not know if you had more photos available.
Thanks
