Identify Boat From Pictures

The boat seen below is alleged to be a 1986 SUPER SPORT 13 with a Yamaha 40-HP engine.

I have never seen a dual-console cockpit layout like this, nor do I see any mention of it in the REFERENCE section

Q1: what model is the boat shown below?

From the three illustrations of the unusually configured 13-footer I infer that the boat was originally the more common SUPER SPORT 13, but the owner or the dealer or perhaps even the factory constructed a second small console on the Port side, matching the standard console on the Starboard Side. The arrangement is interesting. It provides two forward seats with seat backs.
