In a conversation with Sue Lodel at THE BOAT HOUSE (formerly Beacon Marine, formerly Two Rivers Marine) to inquire about the availability of the very nice battery box hold down straps made by KevLok and used by Boston Whaler for decades, she checked inventory at Boston Whaler. There are two KevLok straps in inventory at the factory. They are $61 each (plus shipping cost). If you order with Sue, the straps can be shipped directly to you from the Boston Whaler factory in Florida.
Getting replacement straps has always been a bit of a problem. They are a custom order with the manufacturer, and generally a minimum order of about 50-straps is needed, and--to tell the truth--I do not know if they are even still available. The last time a group order of 50 was put together there was a rather long lead time to get them.
