For sale: a 2000 Dauntless 18 with Mercury 135-HP OptiMax and Trailer for $12,900

2000 Boston Whaler Dauntless 18' in great condition. The boat has always been trailered, so it has never had bottom paint. We power washed it after every use and regularly flushed the engine. It is equipped with a 2000 Mercury 135HP Optimax 2-cycle engine with around 475 hours. The engine and has been well maintained with annual servicing from a Mercury dealer. It was most recently serviced in August, 2019 by Gator Creek Marine in Punta Gorda, when it was tuned, had new plugs and a new water pump and impeller installed. The engine runs great and is in excellent shape.

There’s a folding bimini with brand new canvas to provide shade from the sun, and a large cooler for keeping things cold.
For fishing, there are eight rod holders, a live well for bait, and a Humminbird 778C color fishfinder, and storage racks for 4 poles.

For watersports, the boat has a stainless steel ski pylon that keeps the towing rope above the engine, as well as a built-in extendable stainless steel boarding ladder and an integrated swim platform on the stern of the boat.

The 2016 Midwest Industries trailer is in very good condition. It comes with guide posts which make launching and retrieving the boat a snap. It is also equipped with brakes for added safety on the road.
